The Xbox System, still have power?
The new Xbox system, which is Xbox 360 is the next thing in video games. However, you can still watch DVDs and play regular Xbox games on it but for many reasons, it is so much better then the regular Xbox. I first bought the Xbox System to play games like Metal Gear and Madden Football but once the came out with the first Halo. So needless to say, I was really hooked when the new system Xbox 360 came out it was a must have video game system.
Sure, you will want to upgrade some of the basic accessories, if you are serious about your gaming. It comes with the system for better performance. Some of the many accessories that you can buy for your Xbox System or soon to be microsoft xbox 360 system are below.
1. A memory stick or card. Even though you will not need this for the Microsoft Xbox System because you have a 20GB hard drive, then it is good to have in case you need to take your saved progress with you.
2. You can buy a charge station, to keep your controllers charged so that when you are not using one controller the battery pack for the other will be charging. Therfore, you can just switch off and on like that.
3. A wireless adapter. You need it, so you don’t have to worry about cables and such.
4. An intercooler Xbox. It will stay nice and cool while you are playing the games you love.
5. Xbox controllers. However, there are all kinds of controllers that you can buy such as either wireless extra controllers or you can pick from the many different wired controllers that they are now offering these days.
6. You can also get the HD cables, if you have an HDTV. Just order them or go buy them from the local gaming store.
If you are a big gamer, these accessories are a need and might be the key to your gaming.
Xbox System Games
Several games available for the Xbox 360 game system in addition to my favorite Star Trek Legacy for kids, Halo 3, Meet the Robinsons and then some of my favorite shooter games like Gears of War 2, Rainbow Six, and Hitman. Sure, there are also the nearly enumerable sports games as well for those of us who are sports nuts.
Actually, when it comes to Xbox, I am a little prejudiced because I have owned a version of the system for many years and have played the games on my big screen but I still think you can’t go wrong with the new Xbox 360 System if you are a serious gamer. With the option of getting a subscription to Xbox Live, it really leaves nothing to be desired.
